Optima are based in Central London and broker finance for projects in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. As a rule of thumb we have a minimum loan size of £1M for 1st charge Development Finance (Senior and Stretched Senior Debt), £250,000 for Mezzanine and Equity slices and £500,000 for Developer Exit Finance and Bridging Loans.
