How we operate

 
  • We establish a potential clients needs by discussion, interview and collection of information. We will enter into confidentiality agreements if required.
  • We provide indicative terms based either upon our knowledge of the market, or if appropriate obtain a quotation(s) from lenders.
  • If the client is happy with those terms, both parties enter into a contract, including a fee agreement. There is no fee payable up front. A copy of our Tariff and Terms of Business are available upon request.
  • Upon signing of the contract we will prepare and submit the finance application and obtain the offer of funding.
  • We work with the lendor, clients and their professional advisors to facilitate draw-down of the funding.
