• We establish a potential clients needs by discussion, interview and collection of information. We will enter into confidentiality agreements if required.
• We provide indicative terms based either upon our knowledge of the market, or if appropriate obtain a quotation(s) from lenders.
• If the client is happy with those terms, both parties enter into a contract, including a fee agreement. We do not charge up front fees; we get paid when you get the funds. A copy of our Tariff and Terms of Business are available upon request.
• Upon signing of the contract we will prepare and submit the finance application and obtain the offer of funding.
• We work with the lendor, clients and their professional advisors to facilitate draw-down of the funding.

WARNING!!! A number of brokers and lenders are requesting sizeable up front 'due diligence' fees before they will assess an enquiry and an offer of funding never materialises. In many cases this amounts to 'Advance Fee Fraud' and the NACFB are actively investigating and pursuing miscreants. Take care not to fall into this trap and the old saying has never been more apt in this difficult market 'if it seems to good to be true it probably is'
