We welcome introductions from professional associates such as solicitors, accountants, architects, chartered surveyors, residential and commercial estate agents, IFA’s, residential mortgage brokers and selected commercial finance brokers.

If we engage with a client of yours we will undertake:
- Not to cross sell any product or service that you offer
- Not to market our services to your client on an on-going basis without your permission
- To pay you a share of the commission income we earn (whether it be from a lender and/or your client) as agreed with you. If you are unable to, or do not wish to, receive introductory commission we will offer a reduction in tariff to your client as agreed between us and/ or we will be happy to make a contribution to a charity of your choice.
- We will pay you repeat commission on any future cases that we complete with the client; if you so choose to receive this.
As part of our ‘know the customer’ due diligence we will deal with your client directly but offer you the opportunity to be in attendance at any meetings if you so wish and to be copied in on any correspondence. We will enter into a contract with your client under our standard Terms of Business (copy available upon request).
